Like all IT systems, ours require regular updates and maintenance. Additionally, we are constantly updating our systems and bringing you new features.
In order to perform these updates and perform routine maintenance, we reserve the second Saturday and Sunday of each month, between the hours of 01:00am and 08:00am.
We aim where possible to perform all maintenance during these hours and with minimal interruption to our services. Occasionally it may be necessary to perform updates or maintenance outside these hours or in an emergency. Where possible we shall endeavour to give as much notice as we can but that may not always be possible.
